The creation of the Oak Harbor Development Group Community Master Plan was made possible by the leadership of Michael Shadoan and members of the Development Group in cooperation with the Village of Oak Harbor. The Oak Harbor Development Founders Group Sponsors provided financial support for the project. Representatives of the Development Group and the Village of Oak Harbor contributed their time and comprehensive knowledge of the Village during the planning process.
